Been using nic nac mints for about 6 months. I started with the 3mg and now use the 6mg. I break them into pieces, usually about a quarter at a time.

I only wish they had two of the cotton pads, one on the lid and the one on bottom to keep them from rattling when I walk. I use a hot glue gun to attach one to each side for this.

I'll Keep using nic nacs since they work well for me!
