Been using nic nac mints for about 6 months. I started with the 3mg and now use the 6mg. I break them into pieces, usually about a quarter at a time.
I only wish they had two of the cotton pads, one on the lid and the one on bottom to keep them from rattling when I walk. I use a hot glue gun to attach one to each side for this.
I'll Keep using nic nacs since they work well for me!

I operate machinery and have always had trouble with drowsiness in the afternoon. Coffee doesn’t work but keeps me up at night. I’d never used nicotine before but thought I’d give it a try.
